Behind the Royal Theatre you will find À Terre - a gourmet restaurant serving high-quality French gastronomy. À Terre was created by Yves Le Lay and was created in honor of his father, who cooked with a classic French cuisine as his starting point, but since his father was very well-traveled, he often delved into dishes from North African, Asian and Caribbean cuisines. These impressions and tastes from Yves' childhood have defined his food style and appetite. During an evening at À Terre, you will therefore be introduced to these impressions and tastes, spiced with anecdotes from his childhood.
