Kadeau follow the rhythm of the years and the cycle of the seasons. The cuisine is regional, yet inspired by the whole world. They care for the traditions, yet strive to renew. They are ambitious and thorough, yet always playful and ever exploring. During growing season, they work intensively with nature’s changing supply, preserving as much as possible in the process. They preserve the natural ingredients of Bornholm, permitting them to serve up a tiny bit of the Bornholm nature on their plates all year round. They constantly explore and develop our base of ingredients and techniques, in our storeroom as well as in the restaurant. They cultivate their own herbs, vegetables, fruits, and berries, and collaborate closely with their suppliers.

Saturdays, they are open for both lunch and dinner.
