Fiskebaren is located in raw and rustic premises in the popular Meatpacking District in Vesterbro. Here you will get fresh fish and seafood, tasty wines and delicious cocktails – all served and prepared by a passionate and dedicated staff. Wild fish are caught from small boats in the afternoon and land in the kitchen the next morning. Shellfish are handpicked for their great taste and vegetables are from bio/organic farms or wild growing in and around Copenhagen. At Fiskebaren, they are committed to avoiding unnecessary chemicals, and they prefer suppliers and producers who share these attitudes and values when it comes to taste, quality and sustainability.
