Giuseppe Oliva is the founder of SURT. After working as a sea captain for many years, Giuseppe landed in Copenhagen and felt the desire to reconnect to his heritage of earth and fire. He is raised in a family of bread makers and in the midst of the gastronomic revolution that swept Copenhagen, he met several chefs that further fed his culinary interest. Working with them reinforced his skills in creating artisanal products, paying homage to raw materials and gastronomic roots. Book a table at SURT and taste for yourself. You will find a few carefully selected pizzas on the menu and besides this, you can also choose between snacks and antipasti.
