Behind the Royal Theatre you will find À Terre - a gourmet restaurant serving high-quality French gastronomy. À Terre was created by Yves Le Lay and was created in honor of his father, who cooked with a classic French cuisine as his starting point, but since his father was very well-traveled, he often delved into dishes from North African, Asian and Caribbean cuisines. These impressions and tastes from Yves' childhood have defined his food style and appetite. During an evening at À Terre, you will therefore be introduced to these impressions and tastes, spiced with anecdotes from his childhood. The starting point is to honor his father - to create an experience that he would love if he could be here today. 
The restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday-Saturday. On Saturday it is also open for lunch.

As the name suggests, Anarki is a restaurant without dogmas when it comes to both food and wine. They are inspired by the whole world and do not limit themselves to one particular genre other than being an honest and uncompromising bistro. No products or cooking methods are off limits - "if we think it's good, we'll find a place for it at Anarki". 
The wine list consists of a wide selection of wines, all carefully selected by one of the most prominent sommeliers in this country. You are sure to find something to your taste. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and the staff helpful and welcoming. 
Anarki has been awarded the Bib Gourmand by Michelin.

At Ancestrale, the mission is to serve unique wines and harmonious food. In this mission, ecology is at the forefront and sustainable initiatives follow closely. They work closely with their suppliers and in collaboration with them, they follow the coming and going of the season, which is reflected in the food as well as in the selection of wines and cocktails. Ancestrale is both a wine bar and restaurant, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail before heading out into the city, but you can also choose to enjoy a full dinner here. Bibendum is a classic wine bar where you can stop by for a glass of wine from Husted Vin, a cold beer or a refreshing drink. But in addition to being a wine bar, they are also a bistro, and the kitchen serves a small selection of delicious dishes and snacks. There is a cozy and informal atmosphere here, and at Bibendum it is all about slowing down a bit - here the glass is not half full or half empty. It is just the way you want it. It is the perfect place for a date, a flirt, a dinner or a small party. If the weather is good, you can enjoy your drink or dinner outside on the cozy and atmospheric Nansensgade. The wine shop is open from 4–8 pm if you want a bottle to go, and it is also possible to book the cozy wine shop as a private party room with space for approx. 16 people.

Bæst is a place where sustainability and a close relationship with the raw materials means everything. Here, the season's best, sustainable, organic and local ingredients are prepared with respect and as a guest you can enjoy them in relaxed surroundings. Bæst is certified 60-90% organic, which means that the majority of the raw materials they work with are organically produced. They also have their own dairy, where they make their cheeses such as burrata and ricotta, as well as their own sausage factory, where they make charcuterie such as sausages and hams. Bæst has won several awards for best pizza, both locally and internationally, but they are not trying to make Bæst an Italian restaurant. They are inspired by Italian traditions but Bæst is essentially an authentic Nørrebro restaurant. In addition to their popular pizzas, you will find antipasti on the menu.

In the new, modern district of Nordhavn you will find Centralen. Here wine is at the center and they themselves describe themselves as consisting of all the good things in life. They are a life-enjoying mix of wine bar and wine shop, where you can treat yourself to a fantastic selection of good wines from Husted Vin as well as delicious, shareable snacks consisting of various cheeses, sausages, pates, etc. Here there is room for coziness, warmth and celebration in everyday life. They have a close collaboration with local suppliers and if you find a good wine for your dinner, you can buy something to take home for the collection. Try a glass of the week's selected wine at a good price. Centralen also has plenty of space for larger parties if you are looking for the perfect place to hold a private event such as birthdays and company events.

Falernum is a restaurant and wine bar on the popular and lively Værnedamsvej. The kitchen at Falernum focuses on French cuisine but is characterized by fresh Danish ingredients. The menu is a little more refined than classic bistro food and their cuisine is seasonal, which is why the menu is constantly changing. The menu consists of a few selected main courses and a larger selection of snacks. You can either eat your fill of several dishes with accompanying wine from Husted Vin, or it is also possible to swing by for a single glass and a few snacks. At Falernum, it is all about enjoyment, delicious service, relaxation and getting down to business. On the weekend, they turn up the atmosphere with delicious cocktails and filled wine glasses.

In the restaurant, the focus is on the Nordic cuisine, but techniques and flavors from all over the world are used for inspiration. You will experience new and old acquaintances on the menu. They have a personal approach to raw materials and ingredients that surprises and innovates. The wine list primarily contains European wines that cater to natural wine lovers but also the great classics.

In this beautiful, historic building in Frederiksberg Have, the focus is on Nordic cuisine, but techniques and flavors from all four corners of the world are used.

Restaurant Frank is a critically acclaimed restaurant in the city centre of Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv. The food is rooted in the classic French cuisine but with inspiration from all over Europe. The dishes and ingredients are chosen according to what’s in season, which is why the menus are ever changing. The wine list is competently put together and is considered very interesting among wine connoisseurs. All in all, you get what Frank themselves calls a wine bistro in downtown Copenhagen.
You will find a relaxed, modern restaurant where the open kitchen is central. The surroundings are soft lighting, flickering candles, comfortable sofas and designer wooden furniture. So lean back and be pampered.

Restaurant Frank is a critically acclaimed restaurant close to Kongens Nytorv. The food is rooted in classic French cuisine but with inspiration from all over Europe.

On a side street off Smallegade, in a charming 160-year-old house, you will find Frederiks Have – a Michelin recommended restaurant. It is an intimate restaurant with experienced and competent staff, both in the kitchen and on the floor, who are committed to giving you a good restaurant experience. The cuisine is predominantly Scandinavian, and you can enjoy your food either indoors or outdoors. In line with the name of the restaurant, you will find a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating. Inside, the restaurant is divided into two sections; a room with a view of the courtyard and the kitchen and a more secluded section they call the “fireplace room”. They do not offer a la carte, but you can choose between 3, 4 or 5 course menus at very fair prices. You will also find a well-assorted wine list.

Iluka is located in a beautiful building close to Nyhavn. The name is an Aboriginal word meaning near the sea. Chef owner Beau Clugston chose the name to evoke the spirit of his place, a distillation of what he’s learned from working in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens and from his surfside upbringing in Australia. Iluka is all about super-fresh, super-delicious seafood and vegetables, made with care and commitment and served as if you’re family or best mates. The menu changes due to seasons.

They cultivate their own herbs, vegetables, fruits, and berries, and collaborate closely with their suppliers.

Restaurant Koefoed is located in the heart of Copenhagen between St. Kongensgade and Borgergade close to Kongens Nytorv metro. The restaurant is located just below street level in a bright, beautiful setting with vaulted arches and cozy eating areas.

It is the Danish cuisine you will find at Restaurant Kofoed and the love for Bornholm and the good ingredients from here is the focal point. Many of their ingredients come from farms on Bornholm, with which they have a close collaboration, and the restaurant's Nordic decor with raw, whitewashed arches and vaults is inspired by the unique Bornholm round churches. For lunch, you can choose from a wide selection of beautifully presented smørrebrød. In the evening, the menu varies, but is based on Nordic ingredients.

Fiskebaren is located in raw and rustic premises in the popular Meatpacking District in Vesterbro. In line with these, at Lamar, you’ll also find a cosy, intimate and local restaurant. There is an informal, loose atmosphere with hip-hop from the speakers. The menu is International and without dogmas, inspired by mood and season - but especially based on the Middle East and the Mediterranean cuisines. Mielcke & Hurtigkarl is located in one of Copenhagen’s most beautiful settings, The Royal Danish Horticultural Gardens, which date back to 1830. In the restaurant, there are no dogmas, except the desire and the pleasure itself. They hold the same reverence for an insignificant leek as they do for a beautiful lobster. The wines meet the food in an informal dance for the senses, where both contrast and harmony are welcome. The menu starts with a series of appetizers that open the palate and the mind. The kitchen presents two set menus with distinct culinary authorship – achieved through relentless technique and respect for the seasons. Their style is indescribable but unmistakable.

Gourmet cuisine with a style that is indescribable but unmistakable. The menus are rooted in a personal culinary expression – achieved through relentless technique and respect for the seasons.

Mikkeller Færgekroen is located in an old half-timbered house by the lake in Tivoli. It opens on April 4 together with Tivoli. Here, modern beer from our own brewery is combined with traditional Danish food in the form of various pub classics - with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The style is authentic, the portions are generous and each dish goes perfectly with their home-brewed beer. They can handle both the sumptuous lunch and the quick plate before the theater visit.

Opens on 4 April together with Tivoli. Færgekroen is located in an old half-timbered house by the lake in Tivoli. Here, beer from their own brewery is combined with traditional Danish food.

Mêlée is located on a small side street to Gammel Kongevej and is part of Frederiksberg's local Latin quarter. Mêlée's kitchen is classic French - a timeless bistro that serves food with personality and edge, in the French way, where it is natural to eat three or four simple dishes. The dishes are well prepared with the best seasonal ingredients, and offer a complete dining experience. The wine list mainly consists of French wines, but there is also room to explore outside of France. In Restaurant Mêlée the tables are close to each other and you are welcomed by busy but competent waiters who know the menu and the wines and who are on a first name basis with many of the guests.
Mêlée has been awarded the Bib Gourmand by Michelin.

Contemporary Mexican restaurant in the heart of Vesterbro. The menu consists of snacks, a vide selection of favorite servings, desserts and cocktails. At Sanchez, they cook to enhance the taste of corn, chiles and Mexican spices in a variety of dishes that are part of their cultural identity - with a twist to adapt and reach out the the Nordic culture. For their corn products, they only use Heirloom Corn. They obtain this corn from several communities in Mexico who use traditional agricultural techniques to grow organic and a sustainable crops. Sanchez believe in being socially responsible in the way they source and represent the ingredients that come from Mexico. “Without them, we could not do what we do”.
