Fleisch is a restaurant in the Meatpacking District in Vesterbro, where raw industrial history meets vibrant life between the old butcher shops. Here we have room for big arm movements, but we keep the food simple.

We play with the classic culinary arts and serve dishes that we ourselves would like to eat. The dishes are rustic, the ingredients are allowed to taste something, and there is no decoration for the sake of decoration.

For lunch, we take up the Meatpacking District's smørrebrød traditions with delicacies, cold cuts and meaty mouthfuls. In the evening, it's classic cuisine with meat, sauces and dishes that are made to be eaten - not explained to death.

No unnecessary frills. Just good food, proper drinks and lots of flavor.
