Fasangaarden is a beautiful historic building located in Frederiksberg Have. When you move your way through Fasangården, you will feel the whir of history. In the restaurant, the focus is on the Nordic cuisine, but techniques and flavors from all over the world are used for inspiration. You will experience new and old acquaintances on the menu. They have a personal approach to raw materials and ingredients that surprises and innovates. The wine list primarily contains European wines that cater to natural wine lovers but also the great classics.
