Do you ever spontaneously feel like going out for dinner at one of the many good restaurants in Copenhagen? However, do you also experience that it can be difficult to find a table at short notice?

FirstServed is a day-to-day app that shows you which restaurants have available tables today. If fully booked, use our waiting list: choose the number of guests and the desired time frame in which you wish to arrive - then go to our list of restaurants and choose which waiting lists to turn on. If a table becomes available we will send you a notification. If more guests are interested in the same table, everyone will get a notification. Hurry up and book, it's first come-first served

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Use FirstServed to explore the Copenhagen food scene and book your table as you know it. More than that, FirstServed is a day-to-day app that shows restaurants with OPEN TABLES TODAY. If your favorites are fully booked, you can use our waiting list. When a table becomes available, you will receive a notification. Hurry up to book, it's first-come, FirstServed. The more restaurants you choose, the greater the chance of getting a table today.

NO SHOWS

It's common among the many restaurants in Copenhagen, that guests make late cancellations or simply do not show up for their booking. With FirstServed, we want to connect these tables to guests who are spontaneously looking for a good dining experience.

PRIVACY POLICY

By using the FirstServed app or our website, no private information about you will be stored.

We use cookies to monitor traffic on our website and mobile application. Our monitoring tools are Facebook and Google Analytics.

We use cookies and other technologies to collect data about our users' behavior and their devices, including the device's IP address (collected and stored in anonymous form), the device's screen resolution, device type, browser information, geographical location (by country only) and language. This information is stored in a pseudonymous user profile.

Neither Google Analytics, Facebook nor FirstServed ApS will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match with additional data for a particular user. For more information, see the Google Analytics and Facebook privacy policies.

Through the data collected, we can see users' behavior patterns. We do this so that we can provide a better service and an optimized website and mobile application.

NOTIFICATIONS AND LOCATION

If you use our waiting list, you must accept that we may send you notifications. We will only send you notifications if restaurants get available tables. If you do not actively use our waiting list, you will not receive notifications. If you want to use our map under Open Tables Today, we need to use your location. Here, you can choose to only activate location when using the map.

SECURITY

By using FirstServed, you do not provide any personally sensitive information. If you make an online booking, you will have left the FirstServed platform and you will thereby be under the privacy policy of the respective booking system.

We register the device on which you use FirstServed so that we can send you notifications. We have developed security policies to ensure the integrity of the data we have collected about you, and we restrict access to this information. Our web servers also employ a high level of security, and we monitor our server security regularly to prevent security breaches.

MARKETING

If you send us an email, your email address will not be used for marketing. You will only receive marketing material from us if you have agreed to receive this information. In every single marketing e-mail that may come, the recipients themselves have signed up and have the option to easily opt out of future marketing. You have the right at any time to ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes.
